Case Studies, Large Scale Stands
When the former ‘Millennium Dome’ was acquired by O2 and converted into a major London concert venue and entertainment centre, marketing agency Sledge were brought in to create a series of standalone ‘experiences’. In turn, they partnered with CE3 Design to assist in creating ‘Chill’, a relaxation area within the venue where visitors could ‘chill out’, listen to music and get way from the crowd.

Sometimes, the most effective way to show off a new product is to go large! We scaled up Amgen’s unique injection ‘pen’ and created a giant model, which then formed part of the structure of the stand. This gave the sales team something impressive to show visitors and an interesting way to demonstrate the new product.

To meet the needs of multiple brands on this large scale booth, with a cohesive look & feel, we created Brand Areas for each of six products, an ‘Innovation Zone’ showcasing their new and top brands, plus a fully enclosed, fire-retardant and safe Demonstration Booth where they could showcase products, with viewing from all four sides.

The main attraction on this stand literally stopped people in their tracks. Messages in the form of water droplets would appear and disappear on a giant water screen. A programme designed to promote the company and its products was the focal point of the stand but the attraction was also interactive; allowing visitors to design their own message and watch it appear in the water seconds later.

How do you create immediate impact and a lasting impression when your stand has been placed at the back of the hall? This was the challenge for Norgine at EASL. Following the lead of their product brand and colorway, and working closely with the client’s marketing agency, we created a bright, fun, innovative circular booth, topped with a giant rotating American Football helmet.

Our client wanted to make an impact and increase their profile at this event since they’d been located at the back of the exhibition area. We created a double-sided cantilevered video wall – an industry first, all within the 60sqm space. We also designed and programmed the videowall content, an impressive, almost hypnotic, rolling presentation. It was an instant hit.
